The President's Leadership Award is presented to an individual that demonstrates excellence in leadership by inspiring others through their positive example and promoting a work environment that is respectful and supportive. They demonstrate a desire to develop their skills and supports the growth and development of others. This award is not open for nominations due to the established criteria.
Requirements
One (1) award will be given annually. All essential criteria must be met to be eligible for an award.
All Shannex employees are eligible for the President's Leadership Award.
