Description
The Service Excellence Award is awarded to individuals who demonstrate excellence through their exemplary professionalism and contributions to improving the lives of those we serve (residents and patients). Recipients of the Service Excellence Award provide extraordinary value to the organization by consistently demonstrating our Guiding Principles: Compassionate, Honest, Professional, Safe.
Each guiding principle is demonstrated by three actions:
To be Compassionate - show empathy, respect privacy and take action.
To be Honest - take responsibility, be trustworthy and communicate clearly.
To be Professional - address conflict, be respectful and develop your skills.
To be Safe - recognize and identify risks, be careful and remember self-care.
Additionally, these individuals demonstrate creativity and initiative in improving service excellence, influence others in delivering service excellence, and exhibit a desire to improve service by continuously expanding their knowledge and skills.
Requirements
Ten (10) awards will be given annually. All criteria must be met to be eligible for an award.
All Shannex employees are eligible for the Service Excellence Award.
