Description
The Christopher Reinhardt Safety Excellence Award is awarded to an employee or group that consistently demonstrates safety leadership through participation in health and safety initiatives, innovation, education, and promotion. The recipient consistently demonstrates our Guiding Principle of Being Safe by recognizing and identifying risks, being careful and demonstrating self-care.
Requirements
One (1) award will be given annually. All essential criteria must be met to be eligible for an award.
All Shannex employees are eligible for the Christopher Reinhardt Safety Excellence Award.

| The nominee(s) supports emergency preparedness exercises and is a recognized resource related to emergency response. | 20.0% |
| The nominee(s) has played a key part in the development and implementation of a safety innovation which has significantly improved safety in the workplace related to tasks, processes, or the work environment. | 20.0% |
| The nominee(s) shows genuine care for working safely, by actively reporting workplace hazards and promoting Safe Work Practices and Procedures. | 20.0% |
| The nominee(s) actively supports wellness initiatives and the promotion of campaigns associated with health and wellness in the workplace and/or community. | 20.0% |
