Description
The Mentorship Award of Excellence recognizes one individual from each province (3 Awards in total) who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to guiding and supporting the growth of others. The successful nominee is a champion for professional and personal development, exemplified through their actions: providing guidance and advice, sharing knowledge, and acting as a positive role model in everything they do. They ensure that team members who are new feel supported and included, and have all the tools they need to successfully transition into their new roles.
Requirements
Three (3) awards will be presented annually, with one recipient selected from each of the three provinces. All essential criteria must be met to be eligible for an award. All Shannex employees are eligible for the Mentorship Award of Excellence.
